** Co reports FY underlying operating profit of 218.2 mln pounds ($290.8 million) vs 212.6 mln pounds a year earlier

** Also reports FY rev of 3.09 bln pounds vs 2.99 bln pounds a year earlier

** Plans to launch 100 mln pounds of share buybacks in 2026

** KLR up ~24.14 YTD
