 KELL.NS  up as much as 7.83% to 88.8 rupees
    ** Co on track for second consecutive session of gains if
trends hold
    ** KELL said it secured a multi-year project from Karnataka
State Government's Finance Department to develop and implement
Human Resource Management System for state government employees 
    ** About 2 million shares change hands as of 11:27 a.m. IST,
vs 1.1x 30-day average of 1.8 million shares
    ** Stock up 40.53% YTD as of last close
