Australia's Kelsian hits about 4-mth high on securing Bus Services contract

** Shares Australia's Kelsian Group Limited  KLS.AX  rise as
much as 4.2% to A$6.200, hitting highest since Aug.24
    ** Stock set to mark best day since Dec.13, if gains hold 
    ** Transit operator says co's unit has been awarded New
Sydney Bus Services contract by Transport for NSW (New South
Wales), Australia 
    ** Adds contract is for combined operation and maintenance
of 359 buses, located at four depots and will be staffed by over
650 employees
    ** Stock has fallen 19.4% this year as of last close
