International  VVPR.O  up about 52% at 70 cents, premarket
    ** Co enters into partnership deal to market and distribute
Vital EV Solutions' fleet charging solutions globally
    ** Co to offer a range of EV fleet charging products and
services from Vital EV and Kempower  KEMPOWR.HE  for an initial
term of three years
    ** UK-headquartered Vital EV offers electric vehicle
charging solutions for fleet owners and is the official
re-seller of Kempower charging stations and service solutions in
the UK and across Africa
    ** VVPR up about 87.6% YTD
