July 18(Reuters) - Kenedix Residential Investment Corp

    * Says it will take out loans of 830 million yen from 
Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and 800 million yen from 
Mizuho Bank, Ltd respectively, on Aug. 1 
    * Interest rate of one-month TIBOR (Tokyo Inter Bank Offered 
Rate)+ 0.4 percent and maturity on July 31, 2018 
    * Proceeds will be used to acquire trust beneficial rights 
of property
