series REIT bonds worth 3 billion yen in total, with coupon rate
of 0.32 percent and 0.7 percent respectively
* Says maturity date on Aug. 31, 2022 and Aug. 31, 2027
respectively
* Subscription date on Aug. 24 and payment date on Aug. 31
* Proceeds will be used for loan repayment
