Updates Nvidia buying stakes in startups
Oct 13 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1950 GMT on Tuesday:
 
** US chipmaker Nvidia NVDA.O has agreed to buy stakes in French technology startups Doctolib and Genesis AI, the two French companies said. [nL8N45Z28J]
 
** The London Stock Exchange Group LSEG.L confirmed it is in talks with private equity firm Permira to acquire financial data group Octus for about $3.5 billion. nL6N45Z0UW

** Bumble BMBL.O is set to go private in a $1.3 billion deal with Ithaca Holdings after struggling for years to revive growth, as a prolonged decline in users and shifting Gen Z dating habits batter the online dating industry. nL4N45Z17G

** The European Commission has approved Kimberly-Clark's KMB.O $40 billion acquisition of Tylenol maker Kenvue KVUE.N after the maker of Kleenex tissues and Huggies diapers offered concessions to address EU antitrust concerns. nL8N45Z1QC
 
** The preferred bidder for diamond producer De Beers, the Global Diamond Consortium, is nearing an agreement with Botswana that could increase the government's stake to about 25%, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter. nL1N45Z0N6

** Parken Sport & Entertainment PARKEN.CO said it would explore a full or partial sale of FC Copenhagen as part of a review of strategic options for its football operations.  nL8N45Z1H9
 
** Novacore said it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Diesel Insurance Solutions, giving the New Mountain Capital-backed platform a dedicated cross-border trucking and cargo capability. nL6N45Z08H
 
** Agilent Technologies A.N said it would acquire pathology software maker Proscia for $240 million in cash, plus up to $30 million tied to future performance targets, as the laboratory equipment maker expands its push into AI-enabled diagnostics. nL4N45Z0YJ

** Health insurer Humana HUM.N said investment manager BlackRock would replace private equity firm WCAS as its partner in a venture that owns nearly 150 senior primary care clinics in a deal valued at about $2.8 billion.
