    * Acquisition of Shares In Hansin Timber Specialist And 
Trading Pte. Ltd 
    * Enters share purchase agreement with Tan Tee Meng and Heng 
Soon Miang to acquire 1.2 million shares in Hansin Timber 
Specialist and Trading Pte. 
    * Aggregate consideration for proposed acquisition is S$4.5 
million 
    * Consideration for acquisition is S$4.5 million, being S$3 
million in cash and 2.6 million new shares in co at an issue 
price of S$0.585 per share
