    * Award Of S$214.2 Million Contract For The Construction Of 
Condominium At Siglap Road 
    * Project is not expected to have any material impact on eps 
of group for financial year ending 30 september 2017 
    * Keong Hong Construction Pte has been awarded building 
works amounting to s$214.2 million by East Vue Pte. Ltd 
    * Project is to construct 4 towers of 27 storeys residential 
units (total 843 units), 4 swimming pools and other ancillary 
facilities
