   development at siglap road through joint tender 
 * Says intends to enter into a joint venture agreement with shl and fcl to form 
   a joint venture company 
 * Acquisition at tender price of s$624.2 million 
 * Acquisition and development not expected to have any material impact on EPS 
   of the group for the financial year ending 30 September 2016
