** South Korea's severe heat wave, the country's third
highest in history in July, spur shares of home appliances and
power plants, amid expectations for growing demands for
electricity and ballooning sales of air conditioners
    ** Air-conditioner producer Dayou Winia  071460.KQ  soars 
9.7 pct, while electric fan company Paseco  037070.KQ  surges 22
pct
    ** Nuclear power plant-related companies including KEPCO E&C
 052690.KS  rise 2.5 pct while Korea Plant Service & Engineering
 051600.KS , and Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction
 034020.KS , gains 2.9 pct and 3.6 pct, respectively
    ** Broader KOSPI market  .KS11  down 0.6 percent as of 0220
