Australia's Tuas terminates Simba-M1 merger
May 22 (Reuters) - Australia's Tuas TUA.AX said on Friday that it has terminated its unit Simba Telecom's agreement with Singapore's Keppel KPLM.SI to buy the global asset manager's stake in M1 valued at around S$1.43 billion.
