Keppel DC REIT to buy two Tokyo data centres for $1.2 billion

Sept 1 (Reuters) - Keppel DC REIT KEPE.SI said on Tuesday the company and its sponsor Keppel KPLM.SI had agreed to buy 90% effective interests in two data centres in Tokyo for 190 billion yen ($1.19 billion).
The data centre REIT will hold an 88.62% effective interest in each of the data centres, while Keppel will have a 1.38% effective interest.
