Admission to Listing of A Ordinary Shares and Total Voting Rights

Further to its announcement on 2 January 2025, Kerry Group plc (the "Company")
is pleased to announce that 16,187,024 A Ordinary Shares of €0.125 each (the
"New Shares") have been: (i) admitted to listing on the Official List of
Euronext Dublin and the equity shares (commercial companies) segment of the
Official List of the FCA and (ii) admitted to trading on the regulated market
of Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed
securities at 8.00 a.m. today.

All references in this announcement to times are to times in Ireland.
