disposal of a majority interest in Kerry Dairy Holdings (Ireland)
Limited to Kerry Co-Operative Creameries Limited (the "Co-Op") (as described
in the circular sent to the Company's shareholders on 25 November 2024 (the
"Circular")).

 

85% of Mr Rohan's shares in the Co-Op were exchanged for shares in Kerry Group
plc pursuant to the Share Exchange Ratio (as defined in the Circular).
