In accordance with FCA PRM 1.6.4R, Kerry Group plc (the "Company") announces
the allotment and issuance of 156,120 A ordinary shares of €0.125 each
between 19 January 2026 and 13 March 2026 (inclusive) to satisfy awards under
the Company's employee share plans, and their admission to trading under the
Company's existing block admissions of shares for this purpose (as set out in
the table below).
