Kerry Group plc ("Kerry" or the "Company") announces that it will release its
full year results for 2024 via RNS at 7am on 18 February 2025. Thereafter the
Preliminary Results Announcement will be available on our website on

Presentation

Kerry will present the results by webcast at 8am. This presentation and
webcast will be accessible via the Company's website on

A recording of the webcast will also be made available on the website
following the conclusion of the presentation.

AGM 2025

Kerry announces that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Company will take
place at 2pm on Thursday 1 May 2025.
