Brief: Keskisuomalainen and Mediatalo ESA merge part of their printing business

Aug 24 (Reuters) - Keskisuomalainen Oyj  KSLAV.HE : 
    * Keskisuomalainen and  Mediatalo ESA merge part of their printing business 
    * Their subsidaries ESA Print and Kirjapaino Uusimaa will be merged 
    * Merger will be valid from Aug. 31 2015 
    * New company's name is ESA Print Oy 
    * Keskisuomalainen will have 60 percent and Mediatalo ESA Oy 40 percent in 
the new company
