** Company says shut-in at its six gas plants due to Alberta
wildfires to have an impact of C$13 mln-C$15 mln on its
Gathering and Processing segment's operating margin
** Adds disruption has deferred previously scheduled 10-day
turnaround at the Wapiti gas plant to Q4
** Says planned three-week turnaround at Rimbey gas plant in
Q2 will continue as planned
** KEY shares up 5.24% YTD
