Brief: Cheung Wo enters into MOU in respect of a possible acquisition

Jan 4 (Reuters) - Cheung Wo International Holdings Ltd  0009.HK : 
 * Cheung wo international -says entered into a non-legally binding memorandum 
   with the vendor in relation to the possible acquisition 
 * Cheung wo international - intends to acquire and the vendor intends to sell 
   approximately 7.04% of the entire equity interest in the target company 
 * Cheung wo international - no binding agreement in relation to possible 
   acquisition has been entered into by vendor and the company as at January 4 
 * Says consideration of the possible acquisition is expected to be 
   approximately RMB22.5 million
