 * Ihl-memorandum of understanding in respect of a possible acquisition   0009.HK  
 * The company entered into a non-legally binding memorandum with the vendor 
 * Mou in relation to the possible acquisition 
 * Intends to acquire and the vendor intends to sell certain shares of its  subsidiary which will hold interest in the project companies 
 * Says company will be interested in not less than 40% of the equity interest  in the project companies
