**Shares of Keystone Realtors KEYS.NS rise as much as 6% to 672 rupees, highest since December 18

** Real-estate developer gets two redevelopment projects in two days

** First redevelopment project of 45,308 sq meters in collaboration with Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority with estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of 45.21 billion rupees

** Second order includes redevelopment of 19,229 sq meters, with estimate GDV of 30 bln rupees

** Trading volume exceeds 156,671 shares, 3x 30-day moving avg

** KEYS shares on course on ninth session of gains, adding about 22.5% in the period

**  Stock trims YTD losses to 0.1%
