India's Keystone Realtors hits 6-week high on higher Q4 pre-sales

** Shares of Keystone Realtors  KEYS.NS  rise as much as
3.5% to 694.90 rupees before trimming some gains; now up 1.4% 
    ** Stock hits highest level since Feb. 26
    ** Real estate developer says pre-sales in Q4FY24 up 78%
year-on-year at 8.43 bln rupees 
    ** Pre-sales for fiscal year FY24 at 22.66 bln rupees,
growing 41% year-on-year 
    ** Stock rose during 6 out of 7 sessions so far in April 
    ** Over 1.2 mln shares change hands, ~1.1x the 30-day avg
