gains hold
    ** Real estate developer says its March qtr consolidated net
profit jumped ~82% YoY, while revenue from ops rose ~47% YoY
    ** Over 101,000 shares change hands by 03:26 p.m. IST, 3.4x
the 30-day moving avg
    ** As of last close, stock down ~3% so far this year
