India's Keystone Realtors jumps over 5% on market debut

** Shares of Keystone Realtors Pvt Ltd  KEYS.NS  rise as
much as 5.35% to 569.950 Indian rupees on market debut
    ** Stock opened at 555.00 rupees, ~2.6% above issue price of
541.00 rupees (price band 514-541 rupees)
    ** IPO was subscribed 2.01x, with institutional investors
bidding for nearly 3.84x and non-institutional investors 3.03x
the shares on offer; retail interest fetched 0.5x bids
        ** IPO comprises of a fresh issue of shares worth 5.6
billion rupees and an offer-for-sale of up to 750 million rupees
    ** Co has 12 ongoing projects and 19 forthcoming projects
across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region all under Rustomjee brand
    ** More than 3.5 mln shares traded as of 0507 GMT
