** Shares of Keystone Realtors  KEYS.NS  rise as much as
6.5% to hit a record high of 750 rupees earlier in the day
    ** Stock since pared gains to close up 1.3%
    ** Real estate developer reported near six-fold jump in Q3
consolidated net profit while rev from ops grew more than
four-fold
    ** Pre-Sales during Q3 is 6.16 bln rupees ($74.11 mln), up
101% Q/Q
    ** Co has also approved fundraise up to 15 bln rupees
    ** Stock rose 13.9% in Dec. qtr vs. 2.7% fall in Sept. qtr
