** Shares of Keystone Realtors KEYS.NS up 3% to 528 rupees

** The real estate developer's Q4 collection rises 11% y/y to 7.46 billion rupees ($86.8 million)

** Stock set to rise most in a session since February 21 amid a broader market rebound

** Shares were trading flat before the news, and rose as much as 5.1% after the Q4 update

** Stock had dropped 2.5% in the last session tracking broader market sell-off triggered by U.S. tariffs

** KEYS trims YTD losses to ~22%
