India's Keystone Realtors rises over 3% as collections rise in Q4

** Shares of Keystone Realtors  KEYS.NS  rise as much as
3.68%, the biggest intraday gain in over a week since March 31,
to 458 rupees
    ** The rise comes after the real estate developer said that
it logged pre-sales worth 4.73 bln rupees ($57.65 million) in
the March quarter
    ** Collections rose 69% on a sequential basis in Q4 to 7.02
bln rupees
    ** Trading volume is 30,097 shares as of 1:20 p.m. IST, 0.8x
the 30-day avg of 39,324 shares - Refinitiv data
