** Real-estate developer gets contract for redeveloping GTB Nagar in Mumbai, a major urban renewal project, in partnership with Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority

** Project has estimated gross development value of 45.21 billion rupees ($528.20 million)

** More than 130,000 shares traded, nearly 3x the 30-day average

** Session's gain trims YTD losses to 2.8%
