RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Conditional Award of Shares
Keywords Studios, the global provider of creative and technology-enabled
solutions to the video games and entertainment industries, today announces
that, under the terms of the Keywords Studios Long Term Incentive Plan
("LTIP"), conditional awards of shares were granted on 20 May 2024 to the
below participants.
The LTIPs will normally vest on 7 May 2027, in line with the other LTIP awards
granted to the Company's employees on 7 May 2024. Vesting of the LTIPs are
conditional on continued employment and the achievement of performance
conditions approved by the Company's Remuneration Committee and disclosed in
the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023.
Subject to the LTIP rules, the number of shares stated for each of the below
participants is the maximum number that could be issued upon full satisfaction
of the performance conditions.
