Market purchase of shares

Keywords Studios, global provider of creative and technology-enabled solutions
to the video games and entertainment industries, today announces that,
pursuant to a setting on his personal share nominee account dating back to
June 2021, which applies to all of his holdings of public companies held in
that account, Bertrand Bodson, a person discharging managerial responsibility,
automatically purchased 7 ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to its
Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) relating to the Company's 2023 final
dividend payment on 28 June 2024.
