Dublin-based Keywords Studios gains on possible $2.5 bln EQT deal

** Shares in Keywords Studios KWS.L up 5.6% at 2,300p
** Dublin-based video game services firm set to agree to
1.96 billion pound ($2.48 billion) takeover proposal by EQT
Group if formal offer tabled at that price
** European PE firm EQT proposed to buy KWS for 24.50 pounds
apiece, up from a previous proposal of 24.30 pounds
** Offer still lower than the 25.50 pound proposal first
disclosed in May
** EQT has until July 3 to make a formal offer or walk away
** Stock up ~39% so far this year
