Keywords Studios gets $2.48 bln sweetened takeover bid from EQT

June 28 (Reuters) - Keywords Studios KWS.L has
received a raised takeover offer from European private equity
group EQT EQTAB.ST of 1.96 billion pounds ($2.48 billion), the
Dublin-based video game services firm said on Friday.
The updated 2,450 pence-per-share offer follows a revised
possible cash offer of 2,430 pence bid received on June 26, and
the board would recommend the proposal to its shareholders if a
firm offer is made by EQT, Keywords said in a statement.
