Vesting of Salary Shares

Keywords Studios, the international technical services provider to the global
video games industry, today announces that the following conditional award
("Salary Shares") automatically vested on 16 September 2022 under the rules of
the LTIP.

The Salary Shares are subject to phased vesting, with one-third of the award
vesting on the anniversary of the date of grant each year, subject to
continued employment. No other performance conditions apply.
