NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

Keywords Studios, the international technical services provider to the global
video games industry, today announces that the following conditional award
("Salary Shares") automatically vested on 5 May 2023 under the rules of the
Company's LTIP. The Salary Shares were subsequently sold, including in order
to satisfy tax and National Insurance liabilities arising as a result of the
vesting.

The Salary Shares are subject to phased vesting, with one-third of the award
vesting on the anniversary of the date of grant each year, subject to
continued employment. No other performance conditions apply.
