Keywords Studios, the international provider of creative and
technology-enabled solutions to the global video games and entertainment
industries, today announces that, pursuant to a setting on his personal share
nominee account dating back to June 2021, which applied to all of his holdings
of public companies held in that account, Bertrand Bodson, a person
discharging managerial responsibility, purchased 3 ordinary shares in the
