Conditional Award of Shares

 

Keywords Studios, the global provider of creative and technology-enabled
solutions to the video games and entertainment industries, today announces
that, under the terms of the Keywords Studios Long Term Incentive Plan,
conditional awards of shares were granted on 1 October 2024 to the below
participants, as outlined in the scheme document sent to shareholders on 29
July 2024 containing details of the scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the
Companies Act 2006 that was approved by shareholders of the Company on 30
