("Keywords Studios", the "Company")

 Issue of Shares

Keywords Studios, the global provider of creative and technology-enabled
solutions to the video games and entertainment industries, today announces the
issuance of 12,415 new ordinary shares to the vendor of Laboratorio
Comunicazione S.r.l. ("Labcom") in respect of the share element
of consideration due post completion.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission
of these new ordinary shares to trading on AIM.  Admission of the new shares
is expected to take place at 8:00am on 7 October 2024.

The Company's total issued share capital following admission will consist of
80,524,356 ordinary shares of one pence each with one voting right per
share.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company following
admission.
