Publication of Annual Report and Accounts

Keywords Studios, the global provider of creative and technology-enabled
solutions to the video games and entertainment industries, today announces
that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31
December 2023, together with the notice of the Annual General Meeting to be
held at 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 24 May 2024 ("AGM").

2023 Annual Report and Accounts

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023, together
with the notice of the AGM, are now available on the Group's website
www.keywordsstudios.com (http://www.keywordsstudios.com) and will be posted to
shareholders.

Notice of Annual General Meeting

The AGM will take place in person at 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 24 May 2024 at the
offices of MHP Group Limited at 60 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7RT,
United Kingdom.
