** Shares of KFin Technologies KFIN.NS fall 4.9% to 1,062 rupees; set to end lower after two-session rise

** General Atlantic Singapore will sell 6.9% stake in the brokerage and investor services firm via block deals at floor price of 1,025 rupees per share, a 3.5% discount to current price, CNBC-TV18 reports

** Proposed sale will involve about 11.8 million shares, amounting to a deal size of 12.1 billion rupees ($142.7 million), per report

** KFIN and General Atlantic Singapore did not immediately respond to Reuters' request for comment
