** Shares of India's Kfin Technologies  KFIN.NS  fall as
much as 9.2% to 482.85 rupees, lowest since Nov. 9
    ** General Atlantic will sell 6.2% stake in Kfin at 8%
discount at a floor price of 490 rupees per share, ET Now
reported Thursday
    ** General Atlantic and Kfin did not respond to request
seeking comments 
    ** KFIN sees most active session ever since listing in
December 2022, ~31 mln shares change hands
    ** Kfin shares up over 46% YTD
