The Finnish investment company announced on Thursday that
iLOQ Oy, a digital locking company in which it owns a stake, is
considering listing its shares in the Helsinki bourse.
The companies said that the evaluation, which also includes
other possible options to boost iLOQ's growth and
internationalization, would be implemented this year with
assistance by Carnegie.
ILOQ's battery-free electronic locking system takes the
needed energy from key insertion and the firm said it will soon
launch a smartphone-based locking system. ILOQ had sales of
about 40 million euros in 2017.
