** Shares of footwear retailer  KHAD.NS  fall as much as
11.64% to an all-time low of 146.55 rupees
    ** Co on Thursday posted consol net loss of 132 mln rupees,
compared with a profit of 39.7 mln rupees year earlier, hurt by

    ** About 130,000 shares change hands vs 30-day avg of about
109,000
    ** Shares are down 7.32% this year, as of last close
