    * Deutsche Prüfstelle fuer Rechnungslegung (DPR) said 
consolidated financial statements of KHD Humboldt ended Dec. 31, 
2014 is faulty 
    * DPR says there was an inaccurate consolidated net income 
of 1.580 million euros ($1.74 million)instead of actual net loss 
reported of 4.288 million euros
