* In connection with detailed analysis of projects in
execution phase, errors in measurement of individual projects in
2014 financial year have been identified
* These errors relate to US subsidiary of KHD Humboldt Wedag
International AG (KHD)
* Exact amounts of corrections to be made are currently
under investigation and should be available by approx. end of
July
* KHD's individual financial statements prepared in
accordance with german GAAP (HGB) are not affected by correction
of mentioned errors
* Corrections will lead to equity reduction of several
million euros
