Brief: Charisma Energy gets contract to develop solar power plants in India

Jan 20 (Reuters) - Charisma Energy Services Ltd  CHAR.SI : 
 * Charisma receives notice of award to develop 140mw solar pv power plants and to supply electricity in the state of rajasthan 
 * Says project will be funded through internal resources and debt financing 
 * Expected revenue from this project for the first five years after commencement of operation is about inr 5.47 billion 
 * Says project not expected to have a material impact on group's earnings per share for FY ending 31 December 2016
