Brief: Charisma Energy Services acquires 80% of 20mw solar PV power plant

May 16 (Reuters) - Charisma Energy Services Ltd  CHAR.SI : 
 * Acquired 80% of a 20mw solar pv power plant and to supply electricity to 
central China for 25 years 
 * Expected commercial operation date of the project is in 1st quarter of 2017 
 * Deal for consideration of RMB7 million 
 * Expected revenue from the project for the first five years is approximately 
RMB140 million 
 * Acquisition not expected to have a material impact on the group's earnings 
per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2016
