 * Entered into subscription agreement dated 08 December 2015 with Patrick Tan Choon Hock 
 * Issue of subscription shares to raise gross proceeds of S$2.3 million 
 * Patrick Tan Choon Hock also intends to provide funding for future renewable energy projects of the company 
 * Says "net proceeds will be mainly used to finance the capital expenditure for plant"
