Brief: Charisma Energy Services secures Foot-hold in China's Solar PV Power Market

May 16 (Reuters) - Charisma Energy Services Ltd  CHAR.SI : 
 * Says subsidiary will supply electricity to the national grid in central China 
   for 25 years 
 * Acquired 80% interest in entity incorporated in China which holds approvals 
   to develop a 20 megawatt solar photovoltaic power plant 
 * Says commercial operation date of project is expected to be in the first 
   quarter of 2017 
 * Expected revenue for the first five years of the project is approximately 
   RMB140 million
