 * Company had on 07 December 2015 entered into a share purchase agreement with the existing shareholders of grenzone pte ltd 
 * Deal for an aggregate consideration of s$2.2 million 
 * Vendors shall transfer and the company shall receive 622,200 ordinary shares in the capital of grenzone"
